UV Flatbed Machine - From Concept to Production
As the co-founder and CTO of Femtojet, I led the creation of a high-performing UV Flatbed digital printer. This machine incorporated advanced technologies and represented a perfect blend of engineering precision and innovative thinking.Â
CNC Router & Plasma Machines - From Concept to Production
During my tenure at Becatronics, I co-founded and developed diverse CNC Router and Plasma machines. These machines were innovative, functional, and robust, securing our reputation as a key player in CNC machine manufacturing in Egypt and the Middle East. The machines' reliability and effectiveness are embodied in the successful commissioning of over 200 installations across ten different countries.
PTAW Machine Development
In a transformative hardware development project, I led the upgrade of a Plasma Transferred Arc Welding (PTAW) machine for a hard-surfacing manufacturer. This upgrade resulted in a 30% reduction in processing time and optimized resources, exemplifying my dedication to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
