Becatronics is an ambitious startup that has grown to become a key player in CNC machine manufacturing in Egypt and the Middle East. Their mission is to deliver efficient and state-of-the-art solutions that cater to a wide array of industries' needs.

Starting as a small-scale venture, Becatronics was set to tackle the ambitious task of developing and manufacturing CNC Router and CNC Plasma machines. The challenge encompassed delivering complete mechanical, electrical, and control designs, including intricate integration of diverse parts in a reliable, robust machine.

As a Co-Founder of Becatronics, I leveraged my extensive expertise in industrial machine development to handle the complete hardware and software development for the CNC machines. We efficiently managed the supply chain and procurement for all the components and successfully coordinated assembly and inventory planning, which included multi-level sub-assembly production.

From the initial conception and design stages to prototyping, testing, and mass production, I was involved in every step of the process. The product development cycle involved mechanical, electrical, and software design, followed by assembly, production planning, and ERP planning. Each machine was thoroughly tested to ensure its functionality and performance met the highest quality standards.

The completed CNC Router and CNC Plasma machines have proven to be versatile and efficient solutions for a wide range of industrial needs. The machines' high-precision capabilities deliver sharp, detailed outputs, making them an ideal solution for various materials and applications. Their robust construction ensures they can withstand high-volume operations, and their reliability has been attested by over 200 successful installations across 10 different countries.
