Lenmak's process for handling orders and generating quotations for their Trim and Flashing products was intricate and required careful attention to detail. The existing procedures, while comprehensive, were time-intensive and depended on multiple steps of manual data entry. They also sought to reduce reliance on senior-level review for validation, and were keen to streamline their order handling and quote generation process to increase overall efficiency.

Negmax proposed a custom-built Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) system, designed to seamlessly align with Lenmak's complex workflows. This solution aimed to consolidate the order taking and quote generation processes, integrate seamlessly with their existing ERP system, and minimize the need for higher-level revisions.

Negmax developed a user-friendly CPQ system that provided a visual guide and intuitive, wizard-like flow, drastically simplifying the order handling and quote generation process. The new system eliminated redundant data entries by communicating directly with Lenmak's ERP system and automatically generated work orders and cut lists for manufacturing.

With the new system, the time required to prepare a quotation was significantly reduced, from an average of 55 minutes to just 10 minutes. The tool also assured 100% accuracy, eliminating the need for senior-level revisions. The system brought further benefits, including reduced overtime, timely deliveries, and lower material waste. Furthermore, a less stressful work environment led to improved employee satisfaction.
